Swaps requested by the Roam team or swaps required due to maintenance will not be of any cost to the driver.
How are payments adjusted when the vehicle changes?
Our billing team ensures that your rate is adjusted if needed.
You will receive a swap agreement and confirmation email from our team to make sure your paperwork reflects your new changes.
How to prepare for your swap:
Remove any personal belongings
Fill the gas tank back up to the original level it was at on the day of activation (ask our team if you're unsure).
Ensure that the exterior is clean for the team to view any scratches or damages on the outside of the car
Ensure the interior is clean for the team to view any scratches or damages and avoid any deep cleaning fees
Empty all items that can be discarded before hand
Does my mileage carry over?
Yes! Once you have swapped vehicles, our billing team is able to provide the mileage used and remaining after your inspection is completed.
