Before receiving a vehicle with Roam, you will need to pay a refundable security deposit.

What you need to know
The cost of your deposit will vary on factors such as vehicle type and profile assessment. Our approval team may need to adjust your deposit based on your information submitted if you do not meet certain approval criteria.
Your deposit is refunded after 5-10 business days after your plan has ended.
When is a refundable security deposit used?
A refundable security deposit is only used when your Roam subscription has ended and the following items are outstanding:

Why do I need to pay a refundable security deposit?Your deposit is used to:
Finalize and reserve a vehicle once your booking is confirmedProvide a backup in case of any unexpected fees calculated at the end of your subscription
When do I place my security deposit?You place your security deposit prior to your pickup.You will only be charged after you've added a payment method to your Roam dashboard and our team has confirmed your booking.We will charge the security deposit prior to your day/time of pickup to reserve the inventory.
