Looking to end your subscription before your plan is ending?
Depending on your plan, there are penalties for cancelling your Roam subscription early. All Roam subscription plans focus on 30 day minimums. If you have signed up for a contract term longer than a monthly plan, there is an early cancellation fee of $750.
If you are on a monthly contract, there is a no early cancellation fee. However, 14 days notice is required prior to your next billing date if you wish to receive proration for unused days. Otherwise if no notice is provided, you will be billed for the full month of your subscription.
Roam is introducing new plans which provide added functionality to 'freeze' a subscription for up to 3 months, by returning the vehicle, and then restarting when you're ready again within the 3 month period.
