Here are the common reasons why you weren't able to drive:
- You are not 23 years of age or older
- You do not have a valid driver's licence
- You were not able to provide all required pieces of additional documents (for Non-Ontario or International licence holders)
- You have recent or ongoing driving violations (suspensions, speeding fines, stunt driving charges, DUIs, etc.)
- You have more than 6 demerit points or equivalent
- You have major criminal convictions or moving violations
- You did not pass a soft credit check with a score of 650 or above
- Our insurance provider has detected discrepancies or insufficient information based on what was provided
If one or more of these statements have applied to you, we are sorry you that we are not able to offer our services at this time. We want you, and many others, to have the full Roam experience and benefit from what we have to offer!
