Valet Options & Costs

Roam offers the option for customers to have vehicles delivered or picked up by our team for an additional one time cost.

Valet Scheduling and How to Request a Valet

If you require a valet for a vehicle to be delivered to you or to have someone pickup the vehicle at the end of your subscription, your valet must be:

75 KMs away or less
Scheduled between Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM (valets are a 1 hour window, if you need a valet for 2PM latest, request a valet time slot for 1-2PM)

To request a valet based on the above, email support@roam.auto with the date, time, and address where you will need the valet done.

Valet Fees

Under 5 KMs = $50+hst
5 KMs to 25 KMs = $100+hst
25 KMs to 50 KMs = $150+hst
50 KMs to 75 KMs = $200+hst

If you live farther than 75 KMs from our office, you will have to come pick up your car from our location.

Can I have a valet delivered to the airport?

At this time we cannot send a valet to Pearson Airport. We are 15 minutes away.
