Where do we get our Roam vehicle? Where do we return it?
You're ready to get into your Roam vehicle! We offer two options for your convenience: Picking up the vehicle straight from our office in Etobicoke or a Valet delivery service up to 50km of our office!
Pick-Up vs Valet Service
You can pick up or drop off your vehicle for your scheduled appointment and a Roam team member will assist you in the onboarding/offboarding process! This service is free of charge. We offer this during our operations hours, weekdays from 9AM to 7PM!
If you are on a tight schedule and cannot make it into our office, we offer a valet to have the vehicle sent to you. There is a fee for our one-way valet delivery, and it’s dependent on how far you are from our location in Etobicoke.
If you live farther than 50km from our office, you will have to come pick up your car from our location. Please note, we do not offer valet pickup or delivery from the airport due to scheduling challenges and flight delays!

If you live farther than 50km from our office, you will have to come pick up your car from our location for free.
Can I have a valet delivered to the airport?
At this time we cannot send a valet to Pearson Airport. We are 15 minutes away.
Getting into Your Roam Vehicle
What can I expect when I pick up the vehicle / the vehicle is delivered to me?
Our team ensures your vehicle is in the best condition possible when you receive the vehicle! Upon arrival, they will give you a quick walk around the vehicle with full transparency and ensure you are comfortable with the new vehicle.
Your subscription starts on that day and you will be charged the discussed monthly fee.
Can I come in to see a vehicle?
No. All of our vehicles sit off site and we only have pre-reserved vehicles in our garage.
We would need your subscription submitted and finalized before you can come to our location and pickup a vehicle. This is a requirement for security purposes! We are happy to assist you with photos of the vehicle before you come pick it up!
