We strive to bundle as much value as possible into your convenient monthly car subscription – including comprehensive insurance, routine maintenance, and emergency roadside assistance. While we wish we could cover everything, certain costs are your responsibility and are not covered by your monthly subscription payments. These include:
- Gas or charging in the case of an electric vehicle is your responsibility
- Parking tickets, speeding tickets, or other costs associated with traffic infractions
- Damaged to the windshield or glass
- Damage to the interior of the vehicle such as major stains, scratches, or rips
- Damage to the interior of the vehicle from smoking inside the vehicle
- Damage to tires and rims
- Damage to the exterior of the vehicle such as major dents or scratches that are not covered by insurance
- Toll fees
No one likes to get surprised with unexpected fees so we do our best to be as transparent as possible about what's covered and not covered by your subscription payments.
