Why Can I Only Subscribe Online, Not in Person?

Can I Subscribe to a Vehicle In Person?

Compared to a traditional rental car company, Roam asks for you to verify your account & identity up-front because it can take 1-3 business days for our insurance provider to get you set up to drive (varying on driver experience and eligibility). For this reason, you cannot subscribe in person.

Are There Any Exceptions for This Rule?

At this time, there are no exceptions for this as we want to ensure everything about your subscription is prepared carefully and thoughtfully by our insurance provider and our team.
By having everything done online, there are no lineups, no waiting, no disappointing experiences!
